GeneratioNYP Registration Booth Duty

Hi Ambassadors!

GeneratioNYP is here again! The registration booth will be opening next week, and we need volunteers to help out. The details are:

• Date: 9 - 18 November 2011
• Time: 10am - 4pm
• Venue: Outside Shopping Arcade
• Sign-Up Form: here

Do take note that for those of you who sign up for the 10am - 11am slot, you will be required to report at 9.30am to help with the set-up of the booth. Job scope will include handling registration of participants, giving out of flyers, and increasing awareness of this event by answering questions, etc. All volunteers will be briefed.

There will be no excuse letter provided for this duty, so please ensure that the timeslot(s) you select do not clash with any of your classes.

Please take note that there will be no CCA points for this duty, but volunteers who sign up will be given priority to help out in the Semi-Finals & Finals.
