Hi Ambassadors,
The upcoming General Meeting this week will be the Voting GM, where every ambassador will vote for the next 18th Executive Committee. This GM is compulsory for all members. The details are:
- Date: 2 November 2011, Wednesday
- Time: 6pm - 8.30pm
- Venue: LTL-2 (SIT Blk L, Level 3)
- Bring: Meeting Agenda
Please remember to bring a copy of the meeting agenda (click on the link above to download), as well as your writing materials.
The Installation Committee 2012 will also be announced, along with the scope of each department, so please be prepared to take down notes.
Do take note that if you don't attend this GM, you will not be given any other opportunities to vote.
